We use experienced staff to provide timely and accurate financial reports to our clients. These reports can be produced in numerous formats to meet the needs of the individual communities. The standard reports are: Income statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger Trial Balance, and Cash Disbursements Journal. We also collect monthly fees and miscellaneous income.
Administration
Prepare and update detailed owner analysis and property work order log. Establishing and maintaining all pertinent property documents and files.
Banking
We maintain checking, savings, and other bank accounts on behalf of associations. All reserved funds are invested in FDIC insured accounts. We can prepare, analyze, and secure loan packages when necessary.
Partnering with Buildium, a Property Management software, we can collect payment, view work orders, pay owners, and more.
Waste Management
One of our services for HOA clients include recycling and waste services. The types of waste that can be gathered include:

Property Inspections and Repairs
Under full management, property inspections are performed and follow-up inspections are scheduled as necessary to oversee the contractors’ performance, identify needed repairs, and help develop short and long term community goals. Repairs will be completed by our skilled and trusted contractors.
Each month the results and recommendations for corrective action will be forwarded to the Board. Frequent maintenance inspections enhance the resident’s confidence in the Board of Directors.
Snow Plowing
We offer the best snow plowing services and will provide you with a suitable solution. Our team is highly skilled at snow removal and can handle any intensity.
